At Stelton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home design purchases; if you are not, you can return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and include the original packaging to be eligible.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Secure the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original boxes and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
